5 Simple Tips for Better Digestion

  1. Start your day at 6 am
  2. Make sure to brush your teeth well and clean your tongue with a good tongue scraper
  3. Drink two glasses of room temperature water
  4. Choose a relaxing spot in the house and sit there for about 10 minutes
  5. Have your first meal between 7 am to 7:30 am. In case you don’t feel hungry, you can skip your breakfast.

Add all these ingredients to your blender and enjoy this delicious healthy morning smoothie every day at 10 AM. You can always add or reduce ingredients according to your taste.

1/2 tsp coconut oil
